Launch of CHM Website
We are so glad that you found your way onto our website. It was many, many months in the making, and we are so excited to be sharing it with you. The theme and color scheme were chosen to depict the idea that humanize caring is at the ‘root’ of high-quality care and it represents the seedling that can sprout into a system wherein patients and our healthcare teams can flourish.
At this time of launching the website, we have included descriptions of our programs and impact. We are committed to updating this site regularly to keep you abreast of all of that is happening within the Center for Humanizing Medicine. As with everything we do, we are open to learning and improving so please send your feedback and suggestions.
Cycle #2 of CHM Impact Grants
When we launched the CHM Impact Grants last year, calling for ideas and proposals to humanize clinical care and eliminate dehumanizing elements, the response was great. We received over 90 grant submissions from most clinical departments and myriad settings. The 20+ funded projects have successfully improved the quality of care across our system.
It is now time for another round of Impact Grants. Please go to our Apply for Funding page and submit your proposal. We are looking forward to supporting your innovative ideas for advancing humanized care across Hopkins.
