I care about humanizing medicine because I believe human connection is at the heart of clinical care.

Activities Related to Humanizing Medicine

Education: I teach mindfulness-based programs to faculty and staff to address stress and burnout. To provide excellent care as clinicians we must first take care of ourselves. I also provide mindfulness-based stress reduction groups to a diverse group of patients to instill hope and connection in the face of life’s challenges.
